I have to say that the Pola/Piko buildings are really well made. The kit directions can be confusing as they’re created entirely without words (cheaper than translating into multiple languages, I guess) and not all the views provide enough detail. But if you’re patient, careful, and use common sense, they come out very nice. If cost were no issue, I’d have only this kind of building on the layout.
